Project: Empowering a Rugby Club with Reusable Canva Templates 🎨

A local rugby club needed to post professional, high-impact graphics for every match day, but they didn't have the time or design expertise to create new artwork from scratch each week. They needed a simple, sustainable system that would allow their own team to create consistent, on-brand social media content quickly and easily.

My Solution
I designed and delivered a complete suite of reusable social media templates using Canva, a platform I chose specifically for its user-friendliness, empowering the client to manage their own content.

Strategic Template Design: I created a set of custom templates for all their key match-day announcements, including the 'Starting Lineup', 'Full Time Score', and 'Player of the Match'.

Photography & Asset Creation: To ensure the templates had high-quality, authentic visuals, I also worked as the photographer, capturing the dynamic player photos used within the designs.

Brand Consistency: All templates were built using the club's official logo and colour palette, creating a strong and instantly recognisable brand identity across their entire Instagram feed.

Ease of Use: By building the final templates in Canva, I gave the client a simple drag-and-drop solution. They can now create professional graphics in minutes without any specialised design software.

The Result
The Canva templates have empowered the club to manage their own match-day social media with confidence and ease. They are now able to post professional, on-brand graphics instantly, leading to more timely and consistent communication with their fans. This project delivered not just a set of graphics, but a sustainable and user-friendly system for all their future promotions.
