The Challenge
PB Asher wanted to promote its company values and attract top talent to its strong apprenticeship programme. They had filmed a variety of raw footage—including interviews and authentic 'day-in-the-life' clips—and needed an editor to shape it into a compelling series of short-form videos that would resonate with prospective apprentices.

My Solution
As the freelance video editor, I transformed the diverse raw footage into a polished and purposeful content series designed for recruitment and brand storytelling.

Brand Value Videos: I edited interviews and team-focused footage to create professional content that clearly communicated PB Asher's core values and supportive company culture.

Authentic Apprentice Stories: A key part of the project was editing 'Point of View' (POV) videos. I crafted these clips to give potential applicants a genuine, first-hand look at daily life as an apprentice, making the opportunity feel both relatable and exciting.

Post-Production Polish: I applied consistent branding, colour grading, and sound design across all videos, ensuring the entire series was high-quality, cohesive, and perfectly optimised for social media.

The Result
The final video series gave PB Asher a powerful and authentic tool for their recruitment efforts. The apprentice POV videos were especially effective, offering a perspective that stands out from typical corporate content. The series helped boost interest and applications for their apprenticeship programme and successfully showcased the company as a fantastic place to work.
