Up-and-coming artist Dazdoesit needed a high-energy, visually captivating trailer for his new single, "Pumps and Trainers." The video had to be professionally shot and edited, and optimised for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok to generate buzz and excitement ahead of the song's official release.

My Solution
I handled the entire creative process for this trailer, from filming on location to delivering the final, polished edit.

Videography & Direction: I was responsible for all the camerawork, capturing a range of dynamic performance shots during a golden-hour shoot to achieve a warm, professional aesthetic.

Rhythmic Editing: In post-production, I edited the footage tightly to the beat of the track, using fast-paced cuts and a variety of angles to build energy and create a compelling rhythm that reflects the song's vibe.

Colour Grading: I applied a consistent warm colour grade across all the footage to enhance the look and feel of the video, ensuring it had a distinct and memorable style.

The Result
The final product is a polished, 30-second music video trailer that is perfectly optimised for social media. It successfully generated hype for the new single by giving a taste of the track's energy and the artist's unique personality. The client received a key promotional asset to drive engagement and build anticipation for their music launch.
