Project: Crafting Social-First Video Content for V-Tex 📹

V-Tex had invested in professionally shot, multi-camera interview footage to share their expertise. However, the raw footage was captured in a technical S-Log 3 profile, making it look flat and unsuitable for direct use. They needed a skilled editor to transform this raw material into a series of polished, visually appealing, and "social-first" videos that could effectively engage their online audience.

My Solution
As the video editor for this project, my role was to handle the entire post-production process, turning the client's raw footage into a ready-to-publish content series.

Technical Colour Grading: My first step was to colour grade all the footage from its flat Sony S-Log 3 profile. This process brought the visuals to life with a vibrant, professional, and brand-consistent look.

Narrative Editing: I carefully reviewed the long-form interviews to identify the most impactful segments, which I edited into concise one-minute clips optimised for social media attention spans.

Visual Storytelling: I skilfully selected and integrated the provided B-roll footage to complement the interview content, adding crucial visual context and ensuring the videos were dynamic and engaging from start to finish.

Final Polish: To complete each piece, I added dynamic captions for accessibility, selected appropriate music, and used seamless transitions to ensure a high-quality final product.

The Result
My editing transformed V-Tex's raw footage into a batch of high-quality, visually appealing content perfectly tailored for their social media channels. The final videos served as valuable marketing assets that clearly communicated their message, leading to increased audience engagement and a more professional online brand presence.
